Steamed Parsnips with Cinnamon & Honey

  • 4 medium sized parsnips, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 -2 tsp uncooked, raw honey

Steam the parsnips and put in a small bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients and blend into the parsnips. You can add a little melted ghee or coconut oil for a more unctuous treat.
