- 4 medium sized parsnips, chopped
- 1/8 tsp rock salt
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 -2 tsp uncooked, raw honey
Steam the parsnips and put in a small bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients and blend into the parsnips. You can add a little melted ghee or coconut oil for a more unctuous treat.
